Cork is used on one side and an eco-friendly TPE on the other, which allows it to be lightweight while also giving you clean materials to use in your practice. Superior cushioning and support yet lightweight and durable. The 5 mm thickness makes the yoga mat lightweight therefore easy for yoga on the go,
