'Made by hand, chosen by heart', Danish brand Madam Stoltz specialises in Interior decoration including textiles, industrial furniture, lamps, practical accessories and cozy need-to-haves.
The inspiration to the name MADAM STOLTZ comes from India · as so much else in the life of creator Pernille Stoltz. In a partnership with her husband Peter Bundgaard. Pernille is the designer and responsible for the ethical sourcing of suppliers in India and China. Peter looks after the logistics and the finances. Their head Office is in a former furniture factory in Nexø, situated in the east coast of Bornholm, it has been completely renovated and is now the base for Pernille, Peter and their 25 employees not forgetting their little dog Carlo, doing his best to keep the stress level down.
Pernille Stoltz has built up a very close and long lasting co-operation with her Indian suppliers that produce her wonderful designs. Her journeys to India fills her with inspiration. Inspiration which is again turned into ideas and product developments.
Pernille was the first to give us face pots, which have become one of biggest trends on the home front. They bring pleasure, fun and a sense of calm. They have been so popular we keep selling out! Add a plant or some flowers and 'hey presto' you have created a unique personality. These are great collectors items whether its for you, a gift for a sibling or friend. We like the small imperfections that add to the originality.
